About Seventh-day Adventists
Adventists believe a Trinity of three persons--the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit--make up one God. They made salvation possible when Jesus, the Son, came to earth as a baby in Bethlehem and lived a sinless life in accordance with the Father's will. Mission Statement of Spartanburg Seventh-day Adventist Church
Our mission is to fulfill the gospel commission given by Christ, as stated in Matthew 28:19,20: Sharing with others the good news that He came and died for our sins, arose and will return soon to take the saved to heaven to spend eternity with Him.

Vision Statement of Spartanburg Seventh-day Adventist Church
Our vision is, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, to offer an opportunity for and enable every member to be active in ministry, utilizing his or her spiritual gifts and talents.  It is our objective to make church association desirable and attractive to our community and to reflect the lovely character of Jesus, our best friend, as we eagerly await and share the hope of His soon return.
